excellent galata stay

i found the staff super friendly they upgraded us upon arrival. the balcony attached to the room offered an amazing sunset view. i enjoyed great coffee downstairs at the cafe. the hotel provided a safe ride back to the airport i thought that was great.

the hotel did not have an elevator i stayed on a high floor. it should be clearly stated.

The location is very convenient, close to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful , providing good recommendations. The cafe downstairs had great Turkish coffee , and the atmosphere was nice. The rooms were very comfy and tidy.

There was no elevator in the hotel , and my room was on the fourth floor. The room was a bit small , and storage space was limited. The bedding and towels were not high quality. The wifi was slow , requiring frequent reconnections.

The hotel's location near the Galata Tower was convenient (just a short walk!). The staff offered many local recommendations for restaurants. I found the room clean and well kept. I appreciated the attention to detail. Murat and his team were always available and helpful.

I experienced slow Wi-Fi. It required frequent reconnection.
